Senator Kamala Harris raised nearly $12 million in second quarter

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Senator Kamala Harris of California, a Democratic presidential candidate, raised nearly $12 million in the second fundraising quarter, her campaign said on Friday.

Harris emerged as a top-tier candidate for the 2020 nomination after last week’s Democratic presidential debate in Miami.
