Texas governor signs bill allowing state to arrest migrants – CBS News

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed bill SB4 into law Monday, which gives state authorities the power to arrest and jail migrants who cross into Texas illegally from Mexico. On Capitol Hill, senators still have not reached an agreement on border policy. CBS News senior White House and political correspondent Ed O’Keefe reports.
