MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia is talking to Turkey about gaining access to the crash site of a Russian Su-25 jet downed near Idlib in northern Syria, Interfax news agency cited Vladimir Shamanov, head of the Russian parliament’s defense committee, as saying on Wednesday.
