U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen says the Biden administration will push China to address an industrial policy that is posing a threat to U.S. jobs. The secretary is in China, wrapping up a fourth day of talks with officials over the policy and what the U.S. and Europe describe as manufacturing overcapacity. CBS News foreign correspondent Ramy Inocencio has more.
