Texas, Biden administration locked in showdown over border security operations – CBS News

The Department of Homeland Security is warning the state of Texas to restore federal agents’ access to an area along the Rio Grande where three migrants drowned last week. In a letter to the Texas attorney general, DHS said if access isn’t restored, the Justice Department could get involved. CBS News immigration reporter Camilo Montoya-Galvez has more.
