The Department of Homeland Security is warning the state of Texas to restore federal agents’ access to an area along the Rio Grande where three migrants drowned last week. In a letter to the Texas attorney general, DHS said if access isn’t restored, the Justice Department could get involved. CBS News immigration reporter Camilo Montoya-Galvez has more.
