Judge dismisses 6 counts in Georgia election interference case – CBS News

A judge in Georgia’s Fulton County Wednesday dismissed six of the 41 charges in the case that accuses former President Donald Trump and his allies of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election in Georgia. Three of the six counts that were tossed applied to Trump. Nikole Killion has details.
