Funeral services are being held Tuesday for Sandra Day O’Connor, the first woman to serve on the Supreme Court. O’Connor died on Dec. 1 at 93 years old. Alexander Volokh, a professor of law at Emory University and former clerk for O’Connor, joined CBS News to discuss her legacy.
