Florida legislators considering “Don’t Say Gay” bill that would bar LGBTQ discussions in schools – CBS News

Florida lawmakers are considering legislation that would ban discussion of sexual orientation and gender identity in schools. Governor Ron DeSantis signaled that he’ll support it. But LGBTQ youth advocates warn its passing would result in “erasing LGBTQ identity… as well as LGBTQ students themselves.”
