President Donald Trump has previously claimed Judge Juan Merchan and his family were well known Trump haters. Judge Merchan had asked Trump to refrain from making statements that “incite violence”. Article Three Founder and former Gorsuch Clerk Mike Davis tells One America News the 45th President has not said or done anything of the sort.
