Rep. Carolyn Maloney has introduced a new bill in the House aimed at curbing recent changes at the U.S. Postal Service. The New York congresswoman, along with fellow Democrats, is demanding the agency’s inspector general investigate the changes she says could impact mail-in voting this fall. Rep. Maloney joined CBSN’s “Red and Blue” to discuss her bill.
