The White House says marine Trevor Reed is heading back to the United States following a prisoner swap with Russia, CBS News correspondent Natalie Brand reports. But the family of Paul Whelan, who remains jailed in Russia, wants answers. The family’s lawyer Ryan Fayhee spoke with CBS News anchors Tanya Rivero and Nancy Chen about the exchange.
