After unexpectedly losing his Republican Congressional primary, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor announced at a Capitol Hill news conference he will step down at the end of July. Lawmakers began jockeying for Cantor’s leadership position within hours of his defeat. Nancy Cordes reports.
