New Orleans has seen several tropical storms and hurricanes this year. Now Black-led community organizations are breaking ground on green infrastructure projects to combat severe flooding. Angela Chalk, the executive director of Healthy Community Services, joins CBSN “Red and Blue” anchor Elaine Quijano with more on the efforts.
