People filled bags with sand in Tucson Wednesday, working to protect their homes from flooding as remnants of Tropical Storm Odile moved up from Mexico. When remnants of Hurricane Norbert slammed into Arizona last week, it flooded roads and trapped people in their cars. Carter Evans reports.
