Putin defends Ukraine war in “Victory Day” speech – CBS News

Russian President Putin accused the U.S., NATO and Kyiv of starting the fight in Ukraine during the Victory Day Parade. In Ukraine, President Zelenskyy accused Putin of “repeating the horrific crimes of Hitler’s regime today” as a Russian airstrike killed an estimated 60 people at a Luhansk school.
