President Biden bans Russian oil and energy imports as civilians flee Russian attacks – CBS News

President Joe Biden announced the U.S. is banning Russian oil and energy imports in response to Moscow’s unprovoked war on Ukraine. Russian forces have increased their assault on Ukrainian cities, which civilians are fleeing.
