California has plunged into another punishing drought, causing rivers, reservoirs and creeks to run low and heat up. To save young salmon who are dying trying to migrate to the sea, the state is loading millions into tanker trucks and giving them a ride to the Pacific Ocean. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
