A heat dome continued to stifle a large portion of the U.S. Wednesday, with the Northeast experiencing unusually high temperatures. Burlington, Vermont, was almost 10 degrees hotter than Miami, while Caribou in northeastern Maine saw a record 103 degrees. Lilia Luciano has more.
