A judge has denied Donald Trump’s motion for a mistrial in his New York criminal case in the wake of testimony from adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Trump’s attorneys had argued elements of Daniels’ testimony had “nothing to do” with the case. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more.
