Strangers give WWII veteran a final farewell – CBS News

A crowd of strangers honored Eugene Dednam, an Army veteran whose service was all but forgotten when he died. He was an only child who never married and had no immediate family. So the local veteran services office pieced together his life to help give him a proper sendoff. Nikki Battiste shares more.
