The pandemic has forced 90,000 restaurants to close, and the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund has been depleted as restaurants cope with rising prices and labor shortages. CBS Miami reporter Dillon Thomas reports on one new restaurant that’s bucking the odds.
