3M quarterly revenue falls on stronger dollar, impact from divestitures

(Reuters) – 3M Co on Tuesday reported a 4% fall in quarterly revenue, hurt by shrinking overseas earnings due to a stronger dollar and impact from divestitures.

The St. Paul, Minnesota-based company reported revenue of $8.6 billion for the third quarter, down from $8.9 billion a year earlier.
