World leaders call for Putin to face war crimes trial – CBS News

President Biden and other world leaders are calling for Russian President Vladimir Putin to be put on trial for war crimes over his forces’ actions in Ukraine. But Alex Whiting, a former prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands, says it’s unlikely Putin will face many punishments, even if he is formally accused.
