S.D. Gov. Noem amends women’s sports bill

The South Dakota legislature passed a bill that would protect women’s sports. Rather than sign the bill into legislation, however, Gov. Kristi Noem marked up the bill and sent it back with changes.

One America’s Christina Bobb spoke with the General Counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom to learn how the governor’s mark ups effect the legislation.
