Texas is doubling down on the U.S.-Mexico border, refusing to remove razor wire that would allow Border Patrol into a public park in Eagle Pass, Texas. Gov. Greg Abbott said the state will “hold the line” against border crossings, and 25 Republican governors have signed a letter supporting Abbott.
