The driver of a vehicle that caught fire and caused a portion of the I-95 highway to collapse in Philadelphia is identified. Multiple media outlets report the drivers remains were pulled from the vehicle Monday morning. Family members have identified the trucker as Nathaniel Moody. Meanwhile, road and bridge closures due to the collapse have caused a traffic nightmare. One America’s Taylor Tinsley has the latest.
