Meteorological Spring begins Tuesday, and it will bring warmer temperatures to parts of the U.S. including the South, Midwest and Southwest. The Pacific Northwest, however, will see storms. CBS News Miami meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez gives her forecast for Mardi Gras.
