For the second time this year, the Nasdaq has slipped into bear-market territory, which is when an index closes more than 20% below a recent high. William Power, an editor for The Wall Street Journal’s monthly Personal Investing report, joined “CBS News Mornings” to explain some of the reasons behind this dip and what strategies investors are likely to use during it.
