The spouses of active duty military members can find themselves unable to secure work while trying to transfer their professional licenses from state to state when they are forced to move. A new law was designed to make these transfers easier, but many say nothing has changed. “CBS Evening News” anchor and managing editor Norah O’Donnell takes a look at the strain this is putting on military families.
