Military fighter jet crashes in New Mexico – CBS News

A developmental F-35 crashed shortly after takeoff and caught fire near an Air Force base in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Tuesday. The pilot survived and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, officials said.
