The White House says Mexico is taking new steps to curb the number of migrants crossing the southern border. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas met with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in Mexico City on Wednesday.
