Fast-moving wildfires torch the Texas Panhandle – CBS News

Several massive wildfires are burning the Texas Panhandle amid dry and windy conditions, leaving a trail of destruction and forcing numerous evacuations. They include the Smokehouse Creek Fire, now the second-largest in state history. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has issued a disaster declaration for 60 counties. Dave Malkoff has more.
