On Capitol Hill Tuesday, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken are testifying before the Senate appropriations committee. They’re hoping to garner support for the White House’s proposed funding bill to finance aid for Ukraine and Israel among other security-related initiatives.
