Amazon sellers see increase in scam returns, Wall Street Journal reports – CBS News

Returning Amazon packages may be an easy process for customers, but sellers are reporting growing problems. The Wall Street Journal reported that vendors are “plagued by a surge in scam returns,” where instead of receiving what the customers bought, merchants are getting back junk items. Sebastian Herrera, a tech reporter for the Wall Street Journal, joined CBS News to discuss the issues.
