Former 2024 Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will be “actively” campaigning with GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, following Kennedy’s announcement of dropping out and endorsing the former president.

Kennedy announced his decision on Friday, after which he appeared at a Trump rally in Phoenix, Arizona. Kennedy also highlighted the way he was treated by network executives and organizers.

“When Ross Perot ran, in the 10 months that he ran, he had 34 appearances on the networks. I had two appearances in 16 months, so I was blocked out of the networks, and I was blocked out of the debate. I had no path to victory,” Kennedy proclaimed.

Additionally, following Kennedy’s announcement, he made an appearance on Fox, stating, “I’ll be campaigning actively,” which confused some mainstream news correspondents and anchors.

“President Trump is going to make a series of announcements of other Democrats who are joining his campaign. And, you know, I wanna make America healthy again, and so does President Trump,” Kennedy noted.

“Make America Healthy Again” has been a unifying slogan for the new duo of Kennedy and Trump as American children suffer from high rates of autoimmune disorders, autism, obesity, and even infertility.

“We are both in this to do what’s right for the country,” Trump stated, praising Kennedy for “[raising] critical issues that have been too long ignored in this country.”

Along with the cable news appearance, Kennedy has also been actively supporting the Trump campaign on social media.

“‘Make America Great Again’ recalls a nation brimming with vitality, with a can-do spirit, with hope and a belief in itself. It was an America that was beginning to confront its darker shadows, could acknowledge the injustice in its past and present, yet at the same time could celebrate its successes. It was a nation of broad prosperity, the world’s most vibrant middle class, and a idealistic belief (though not consistently applied) in freedom, justice, and democracy. It was a nation that led the world in innovation, productivity, and technology. And it was the healthiest country in the world. I have talked to many Trump supporters. I have talked with his inner circle. I have talked to the man himself. This is the America they want to restore,” RFK Jr. said.
