President Biden expressed optimism in the nation’s fight against the coronavirus pandemic, despite falling short of his goal to vaccinate 70% of the U.S. by the Fouth of July. Only 20 states have met the goal, and nationwide, 68% of Americans are vaccinated. Christina Ruffini reports.
