Police in Minneapolis face backlash over response to man who allegedly shot, injured neighbor – CBS News

Nearly a week after Davis Moturi was shot while trimming a tree outside his Minneapolis home, police have arrested his neighbor, John Sawchak. Moturi, who is recovering, and his wife filed at least 19 police reports against Sawchak for months. Police say the harassment was racially motivated. Warning: The video of the incident is disturbing.
