Many people all around the world are looking forward to leaving 2020 behind and starting with a clean slate come 2021. One of the ways people start fresh is setting New Year’s resolutions, but data shows very few people stick to them.

One America’s Stephanie Myers spoke with Neuropsychologist Dr. Sanam Hafeez about the best ways to stick with New Year’s resolutions and tips to keep one’s mental health in check.
