Montana’s largest hospital is scrambling to add ICU beds amid a surge of coronavirus cases. The Billings Clinic has had to build makeshift rooms along the hallways in order to try and keep up with the overwhelming number of COVID patients. CBS News correspondent Meg Oliver joins “CBSN AM” to discuss.
