Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell appeared to freeze for several seconds during a news conference Wednesday before being escorted away from the podium. He later returned to answer questions. In March, McConnell suffered a concussion from a fall at a Washington, D.C., restaurant. Nikole Killion reports from Capitol Hill.
