California’s attorney general is investigating a massive oil spill that occurred off the coast of Southern California. Now, some experts are concerned that outdated pipelines may have contributed to the accident. Los Angeles Times reporter Anita Chabria joined CBSN’s Elaine Quijano to discuss.
