Millions of people are under the threat of Tropical Storm Elsa as it approaches Florida. Landfall is expected early Wednesday along the Gulf Coast. CBS News meteorologist and climate specialist Jeff Berardelli gave CBSN’s Tanya Rivero an update on the storm’s track.
