Rep. Steven Horsford, the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, condemned the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down affirmative action in college admissions. Horsford told CBS News, “We need to look at reforms to the Supreme Court because the legitimacy of this court has been called into question.”
