Helene’s devastation is prompting the 2024 candidates to adjust their campaign schedules. Vice President Kamala Harris cut her visit to Nevada short to attend briefings on disaster recovery, and former President Donald Trump toured some of the storm’s damage in Georgia. CBS News chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett has more.
