At least eight people were stabbed at a children’s event in the northwest England town of Southport, according to emergency services. BBC News, a CBS News partner, reports the yoga and dance event was held for primary school-aged children. One man has been arrested, according to local police. CBS News’ Ian Lee has the latest.
