The Environmental Protection Agency is working on an expedited timeline to clear combustible paints, household chemicals and other toxic debris from the Los Angeles fires. After the waste began arriving at a park 15 miles from the fire zone, some in the community are raising the alarm. Jonathan Vigliotti explains.
