Ninth Circuit Rules LAUSD COVID-19 Lawsuit Can Move Forward

LAUSD employees going up against the districts COVID vaccine mandate have scored a major legal victory. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court’s dismissal of the case saying LAUSD workers can move forward with their lawsuit. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with Health Freedom Defense Fund President Leslie Manookian.
