Russia has said it will cut off its gas exports to countries that refuse to pay in rubles. Now, it’s following through with that threat and has stopped pipelines to Poland and Bulgaria. Martin Vladimirov, Director of the Energy and Climate Program at the Center for the Study of Democracy, joins “CBS News Mornings” to discuss the implications this has for Europe’s energy security.
