A Wisconsin man who cast phony votes for former President Donald Trump in the 2020 election says he was tricked into becoming a fake elector. Andrew Hitt, the former chairman of Wisconsin’s Republican Party, told “60 Minutes” correspondent Anderson Cooper he was scared to not take action to help Trump win the election. CBS News election law contributor David Becker has more.
