Secretary of State Antony Blinken is attending an emergency meeting in Jamaica with Caribbean leaders Monday over the ongoing crisis in Haiti. Over the weekend, the U.S. military evacuated non-essential personnel at the American embassy in Port-au-Prince as heavily armed gangs target key government sites and issue threats of violence.
